At CLARITY Vs LONELINESS, every piece is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, we handle returns differently than traditional retailers.

Our Quality Promise

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. We offer a 30-day Quality Guarantee. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship of your garment:

1. Take a Photo: Snap a clear picture of the defect or the damaged area.

2. Contact Us: Email [Your Support Email] within 30 days of receiving your item with your order number and the photo attached.

3. Resolution: Once verified, we will send a complimentary replacement at no cost to you.

Sizing & Change of Mind

Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. * Check the Guide: We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. We highly recommend measuring a favorite garment at home and comparing it to our charts before completing your purchase.

Intentional Choice: We encourage you to choose your pieces with the same intentionality we use to design them.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, cover the costs of a replacement.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
