Our commitment Policy & Terms and Conditions

  • For every $3,000 Profit Margin reached we are giving $1,000 worth of Desolate Nature Merchandise back into the community where it's needed.
  • The customers whose purchase helps us reach our margins will be contacted by MirasolLife and given the opportunity to say where this merchandise needs to go within their community.
  • Customers can opt out when contacted. In the circumstances that a customer chooses not to participate, Desolate Nature will seek community input to suggest where the merchandise should go within the community of the original customer. The original customer will have their privacy rights respected and maintained.
  •  Your personal details will not be made public unless prior consent has been given. We respect everyone's privacy and right to remain anonymous.
  • When consent has been granted the only information that may be made public is your first name and where you have chosen to have the merchandise go to.
  • The 1:3 Social Impact Commitment has no boarders. it doesn't matter what country you live in; we will get the merchandise to you.
  • Customers can recommend specific merchandise to be included, please note the final decision is at the discretion of Desolate Nature
  • We are aiming to put this support where it's needed the most, when your given the opportunity to say where in your community, we wont deny your request and will aim to tailor the merchandise around your where, why and who but we do ask that you take into consideration where it is most needed and how they can truly benefit from $1,000 of merchandise. Examples are a community shelter, woman's refuge, the rough sleepers, the youth centers, community school, the dads group supporting each other and anywhere else you feel can do with some Hoodies and T-Shirts 
  • It doesn't have to be in your community; customers are free to pick anywhere in the world
  • Desolate Nature will aim to get the merchandise shipped out at the shortest time frame possible. Please note location times vary and it may take longer than you hoped to reach the destination, customers will be informed of when shipping has begun and when arrived.
