Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Fulfillment 

Every piece is custom-made to order. We don't sit on "dead stock," which ensures high quality and less waste.

• Processing Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create and quality-check your garment before it leaves the facility.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link the moment your order is scanned by the courier.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location:

• Australia: 4–20 business days.

• New Zealand: 5–120 business days.

• International: 10–20 business days depending on customs and local couriers.
