How do I know which size to order?

Because we use premium, tailored cuts, we recommend checking the size chart on each product page. For a "classy streetwear" fit, our hoodies and tees are true to size. If you prefer an oversized, relaxed look, we suggest sizing up.

What materials do you use?

We prioritize high-quality, ethical fabrics. Our hoodies are crafted from heavyweight organic cotton blends, and our tees feature a mix of organic cotton and high-performance tri-blends for a superior drape and feel.

Orders & Production

Why does it take a few days to ship my order?

We operate on an intentional, made-to-order model. Unlike fast-fashion brands that overproduce and create waste, your garment is printed specifically for you once you order. This production process typically takes 2–5 business days.

To reduce our carbon footprint and maintain a minimalist overhead, we utilize specialized fulfillment hubs across Australia. This ensures your garment is printed as close to you as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is sent almost immediately to our print partners to begin production. Because of this, we generally cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

After the 2–5 day production period, shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping varies by location but usually arrives within 7–14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. For orders under this amount, shipping is calculated based on your location at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

As each item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Please see our [Return Policy] for more details.

What if my item is damaged?

If there is a misprint or a defect, please email us at mirasollife@desolate-nature.com with a photo of the issue within 14 days. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away.
